helloassist endorsed talent (or “Halos” (helloassist Leveraged Operators)) is a full-time, remote-based professional ready to support your business. Each talent is college-educated, fluent in both written and verbal English, and comes with 2+ years of relevant work experience. We typically take around 3-6 weeks to find and embed the perfect match for any of our standard roles.
2. Why do you require full-time, fully embedded team members?
We believe that by having our team members fully integrated into your company—participating in Slack channels, Zoom meetings, and using a company email address—they can work more effectively and deliver better results. Our team members work exclusively for you, ensuring their focus is entirely on your business needs. We can also accommodate any time zone or working hour requirements.

All our team members are college-educated, possess strong written and verbal English skills, and have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience. They are remote-based and ready to support your business full-time.
6. What if I need to scale up or down the number of team members?
We offer flexible scaling options, allowing you to adjust the number of team members based on your business needs. Whether you need to add more members or scale down, we can accommodate your requirements.
7. How do you ensure that my helloassist team member is performing well?
We assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager to your talent, who consistently tracks and ensures that the KPIs you’ve laid out are met. Additionally, we can assist in setting up performance metrics and evaluations to ensure that your team member is meeting your expectations. If there are new skills needed, we can help your team member upskill, ensuring they are always up-to-date with the current demands of your business.
